I have been working as an online life coach for the past ten years, well before the pandemic forced a lot of us to online. As a result I have been able to find out just how effective online coaching can be.
I offer a type of mindset coaching that draws from my past as a clinical hypnotherapist as well as my experience on the stage as a performer.
I specialise in helping artists, wanna-be artists and performers from all over the world stay inspired and feel confident to achieve their creativity and performance goals.

Using a variety of techniques including creative counselling, cognitive behaviour hypnotherapy, creativity coaching, NLP, EFT and EMDR my mission is to guide you into health, well-being and excellence.

I am here to offer an alternative perspective as well as lots of tools to help you learn how to support yourself so you can live the kind of life you dream of.
I also specialise in helping people finish creative projects and feel confident to showcase your talents on stage, lecture theatres and beyond, even if you suffer from stage nerves.
